Found something broken or behaving unexpectedly? Bug reports from players are invaluable for making LOREKEEPER better. Here is how to report issues effectively.

Fastest Way: Discord Community

The quickest way to get a response is through our Discord community. The development team monitors bug reports actively, and other players may have encountered the same issue and can offer workarounds. Join the Discord server from the link in the application footer or your account settings.

In-App Support

LOREKEEPER includes a built-in support option accessible from the application menu. Use this to send a report directly to the development team without leaving the platform.

What to Include in Your Report

A good bug report helps us reproduce and fix the issue quickly. Please include:
  • Browser and version — Chrome 120, Safari 17, Firefox 121, etc.
  • Device — Desktop, phone model, tablet, operating system.
  • What happened — Describe the unexpected behavior you observed.
  • What you expected — Describe what should have happened instead.
  • Steps to reproduce — List the actions that led to the bug, if possible.
  • Screenshots or recordings — Visual evidence is extremely helpful.
The more specific your report, the faster we can fix it. “Combat is broken” is hard to act on. “Healing spell did not reduce damage in round 3 of a 4-player campaign” gives us everything we need.

Known Issues and Roadmap

Some issues are already known and being worked on. Check the Discord announcements channel or the community forums for a list of known bugs and the development roadmap before submitting a report.
Every bug report is read by the development team. Even if you do not get an immediate response, your report contributes to improving the platform for everyone.
