Build the World You Want to Play In

LOREKEEPER lets you create fully custom worlds with their own races, classes, items, spells, locations, and monsters. Your imagination sets the limits.

Requirements

World creation requires a paid plan with an available editable world slot. The number of world slots depends on your subscription tier. Check your plan details in account settings to see how many slots you have.

The World Creation Wizard

Creating a world starts with a guided wizard:
  1. Name — Give your world a memorable name.
  2. Genre — Choose from 11 available genres (Classic Fantasy, Cyberpunk, Space Opera, and more).
  3. Description — Write a summary that captures the tone and setting of your world.
Once the basics are set, you land in the World Editor where the real building begins.

Adding Content

From the World Editor, you can create and manage:
  • Races — Define species with unique attributes and lore.
  • Classes — Design character archetypes with distinct abilities.
  • Items — Craft weapons, armor, potions, and artifacts.
  • Spells — Build magical abilities with effects and costs.
  • Locations — Map out cities, dungeons, wilderness, and landmarks.
  • Monsters — Populate your world with creatures and enemies.
Start with a few core races and classes, then expand as your campaigns reveal what your world needs. You do not have to build everything at once.

World Builder Bot

Every world comes with access to the World Builder Bot, an AI assistant that helps you generate content. Describe what you want and the bot creates drafts for races, items, locations, and more. Free plans include 20 messages; paid plans get additional capacity.
The World Builder Bot generates suggestions that you can edit and refine. You always have final say over what goes into your world.
